HandiPearl Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations
HandiPearl delivers to all major cities across India. During checkout, please check if we deliver to your pincode. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: At present, we do not support shipping a single order to multiple destinations. Separate orders must be placed for each delivery address.

Domestic Orders
We offer FREE shipping within India. Certain logistic partners may require ID proof for high-value shipments or when the original recipient is unavailable. This ensures safe and secure delivery of your jewellery.

Shipping Partners
Our trusted domestic logistics partners include: Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbee, and Pick-n-Del. For any delivery issues, please contact our customer support.

If you suspect that a package has been tampered with, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt.

Secure Packaging

Every HandiPearl product undergoes multiple quality checks before shipping. Jewellery is carefully packed in plastic zip-lock pouches and placed in HandiPearl branded jewellery boxes to ensure maximum safety during transit.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. We aim to deliver your products safely and promptly for a delightful unboxing experience.

Delivery Time

Domestic Orders:

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location.

  • Delays caused by government authorities or other external factors may extend delivery times.

  • If we fail to deliver within the stipulated period, the order may be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Express Delivery:

  • Available for select pincodes in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore for eligible products.

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM follow TAT of +2 days.

  • Public holidays or Sundays may extend the TAT by one additional day.

  • Customers are advised to check the estimated delivery date under the Express Delivery option at checkout.

Recipient ID Verification

To ensure secure delivery, the recipient must present one government-issued photo ID:

  • PAN Card

  • Driving License

  • Passport

  • Voter ID Card

  • Postal ID (Aadhar)
