Refund Policy

HandiPearl Refund & Return Policy

At HandiPearl, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains how you can return or exchange fashion jewellery purchased on our website, www.handipearl.com.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or the packaging shows signs of tampering, please refuse the delivery. Capture a video and 2 photos of the package and email them to help@handipearl.com within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return or replacement request by emailing help@handipearl.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Safe Return: Securely pack the jewellery in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address.

Note: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged.


Processing Refunds

  • After receiving and verifying your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded as store credit only.

Terms & Conditions for Returns (National Orders)

  1. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests after this window will not be accepted.

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We cannot accept items that are worn, washed, damaged, faded, or exposed to fragrances (e.g., perfumes).

  3. Returned items undergo a quality check at our warehouse. Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

  4. Returns submitted without proper authorization will not be accepted.

  5. Refunds may be declined for items that are undamaged, match order specifications, or if claims are found to be false.

  6. COD returns are refunded as store credit.

  7. Items under warranty will receive store credit only; cash refunds are not applicable.

  8. Free gifts included with orders are non-refundable.


Terms & Conditions for Cancellations

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or shipped.

  2. If you cancel after shipment, a store credit will be issued after deducting shipping charges. Only the product price will be credited.

  3. Special festival offers or promotional items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  4. Individual gift boxes for orders are not provided separately.
